For morning reservations, please contact us/make your reservation by business hours (9:00 p.m.) the day before. (Reservations cannot be made in the morning of the same day.)
⭐️If you have not paid in advance, you will be required to make payment before your massage treatment.
⭐️Payment is by cash only, so please prepare cash.

As for cancellation of reservation, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
＊Up to the day before reservation : Free
＊Day (before reservation time) : 50% of the treatment fee
＊Day (after the reservation) : 100% of the treatment fee
⭐️[Notice] The reservation will be shortened / canceled if you are more than 15 minutes past your reservation. Because we have another reservation for the next.

Requests and points of caution for male customers when making reservations as bellow.
Our salon is a general relaxation salon for healing, but both female and male customers use it.
No.1 : Male customers are required to present their passport on their first visit.
If it is your first time, we will take a copy of your passport.
No.2 : please check the contents of the consent form before making your reservation. (and please sign the consent form when you come to the salon.)
🟠Touching the therapist’s body is strictly prohibited.
🟠We also do not accept anyone who makes sexually harassing remarks.
🟠Male customers requesting treatment in the groin or stomach area will have their treatment stopped immediately and will be barred from entry.
🟠Please note that we do not perform sexual acts, medical procedures, or similar treatments.
🟠If the therapist determines that it is not possible to continue the treatment, the treatment may be immediately suspended. Please note that we will not refund the fee in such cases.
